This was an open box purchase. Our first controller was also an open box but was defective. We exchanged the controller the next day for another open box item. The new controller is perfect and we are happy with the open box purchase. The controller is exactly what my son was hoping for and we are pleased with its performance. This controller is rechargeable so not needed batteries is even better.

I really loved this controller. I had it for just over 2 years and it was great. The paddles are awesome, the control sticks feel fine and the overall quality is nice. Then the left bumper stopped working. "No problem" I thought. I figured a controller that costs almost as much as one of Microsoft's consoles would have a good warranty. I went to Microsoft's website and saw that it only has a one year warranty. This is kinda crazy. What that shows in that Microsoft expects it to last a year then you will dispose it and buy a new one for $100. I have Xbox 360 controllers that have outlasted this. I am severy disappointed and I expected better from Microsoft/Xbox. Save your money and buy a cheaper controller, this isn't worth it.

Absolutely perfect for gaming! I use it all the time for a while now and nothing has broken. Fully functioning!

there is nothing wrong with it I love everything that you can do when it comes to customization on the controller from the tension on the sticks to the amount of vibration you want in games. I've only had for a few days and I already love it.

Pretty good controller. This is my second and still using the first gen1 after five years. Starting to have a little drift but only happens occasionally. Now I know I have a backup ready.

Never owned the Series 1, but I really do enjoy the paddles and the super convenient USB-C charging. The custom trigger lock and tightening of thumbstick is definitely a game changer.

This is my second Elite Controller, had one for about 2 years, they just feel very high quality, the triggers are very responsive

Controller is two years old. I have to constantly take it apart and clean the Rt. and Lt. bumpers with electronic spray to get them to work correctly. I never use it as Bluetooth for my PC cause it is so laggy. I use it wired only. The newest discrepancy is now the usb c connection is loose and the cord falls out. This controller was never quite right from the get go. I really just use it because it cost me $180.00!! I am on the prowl for a newer controller. Wish I could just play M&K and not have to worry about controllers.

Controller is great! Does not include the paddles but love the feel and very smooth buttons.

This is a great controller. Definitely a level above the scuff and others that I demoed.

Great feel and much better option than third-party models. I've heard from friends that the controller breaks after one year, which I can see from a lack of durable build.
