Love this controller I have the first version and the second version is great too.

Purchased December 2019 December 2019 Right out of the box. Sticky A button, triggers seemed to be somewhat sticky. Read reviews seems to be a common issue. Eventually got better. Seems all is fine June 2020 Triggers seems to be sticky again, the vibration seems like the motor is too strong. Rattles my controller very strongly. Have to turn off vibration. July 2020 Rb is not responding but 30% of the time, and the A button is not responding as much. Triggers still acting sticky August 2020 Complete stick drift on the left analog stick. Going both up and down, they fight it out. Rb is needing hard press to be responsive, A button needs multiple tapping to make it responsive, triggers are still sticky at times. Results: lost 180$, Microsoft says out of warranty, but you can purchase a new one. BUY THE WARRANTY!!!!!! Thanks Microsoft. I had always purchased your product with confidence. But since I pretty much was told to get bent. I'm done. I gave this 2* btw because when it does work, it's great. Feels great, from the trigger locking/vibrations, the d-pad, the full customization, the stick tension. It was all Amazing for the sweet 5 months I was able to play with it. 5 months isn't worth $180 though. I'll never buy this expensive of a controller again.

Okay so I'm giving this 5 stars because I have enjoyed using paddled controllers ever since I made the switch with my first scuff controller. The series 2 has tension adjusters on the thumb sticks which is really cool. The reason I'm hesitant on this 5 stars is because within a month of having this controller the bumper stopped registering.....or it would double tap with me only pressing it once (very annoying). However, at this price point the manufacturer has a great warranty and are willing to rectify their mistake. They even paid for the shipping. 5 star customer service.

Its a good controller. It has the rapid trigger setting switchs and spots for back paddles. For the price though it doesnt come with the paddles or buttons causing you to spend more money on the accessories.

The Xbox Elite controller‘s many unique features provide a level of comfort, control, and versatility that is unparalleled by any other controller on the market.

The performance of this controller is ELITE no question. The hair triggers, joystick adjustments, along with the different sized thumb sticks really make it very customizable. The overall feel of the controller is solid. However, over the years the Xbox controller quality has really really tanked. The regular controllers feel pretty cheap, they definitely are more fragile than they have ever been. I was in search to find a solid controller and I have been a pretty loyal customer over the years. I had the first elite controller and I loved the feel but I noticed the joysticks began to drift after about a month of gameplay. I bought this controller hoping I would see improvements and to be quite honest I was disappointed. I found the same issues and every once in awhile my controller connection would fail mid-game and I’d have to scramble to reconnect. Keep in mind these issues were probably within the first 1-3 months. For a $180 controller you would expect great quality, finish and performance and I felt this controller fell short of that. My controller is still within warranty and I’m hoping Microsoft does the right thing.
