Small and i need more time of charge thanks thanks

I feel like this controller really helped improve my Kill to Death ratio in Halo. I use the taller thumbstick on the right side. I actually don’t use the back paddle controls as I often accidentally press those back there and it just never works out for me.

Bought this controller based on Xbox claiming they no longer suffer from stick drift. Spent $200 after taxes for a controller—less than two months later it is already suffering from stick drift. Xbox has not solved this issue and we are more than halfway through 2021. Do not waste your money on this controller, I regret it immensely.

I enjoyed this controller for about 3 months. 3 months, thats how long it took for it to fall apart. Microsofts track record of plastic piece of crap controllers has been a problem for years. Sad part is my xbox 360 controllers lasted longer than this $200 monstrosity. Disconnects midgame, trigger pull switch fell off, aux port works intermittently, and analog stick drift in both sticks. Didnt make much of a difference playing games, but the ability to change button mapping and profiles was cool. Customer support is also garbage, good luck getting a replacement after the defective one falls apart. Spent hours on the phone with support just to hear ill get it repaired once i send it in. Im not wasting my time and money to get a box and ship out a three month old defective $200 controller, to have it returned "repaired" and possibly defective within months due to shipping damage or another faulty component. Best buy support is just as useless, just sent me to Microsoft.

The controller worked for like a week and then just stop connecting to the Xbox

Just as good as the original, I just need to add the paddles, and we're good to go! I love the red color, will buy the blue one later.

Beautiful and feels great in the hand. Very much improved over the first gen elite, more customization and slight improvements to ergonomics with the grip texture and the textured triggers really up the experience.

Excellent choice for xbox the grips is really good and the attachments as well only complaint is it didn’t come with paddle buttons

Microsoft "premium" garbage strikes again. Charged for 3 hours, connected as directed and recognized by Xbox One S Gears 4 special edition. Updated controller (standard on all consoles for initial connection, which also means the console recognized it and connected to it for the update) and that was it. Controller Immediately turned off and would not reconnect. Troubleshooting included Turn of xbox and controller, reconnect usong standard practice. No dice Try the 2 other basic controllers - no problem. Both connected and working perfectly. Dont worry, they were both off when I attempted to connect elite controller again. Still no dice. For $180 this thing shouldn't dookie the bed immediately after the update. Looked for solutions on the web and this seems to be a fairly common problem. Nice job Microsoft. Looks like you guys are taking cues from bethesda and bioware; putting out a product that doesnt work and charging a premium for it. I fell prey to the old elite controller failure (bumpers and grips not lasting 5 days) and got fooled again thinking this might be different. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice.. Shame on me. Never again. Save your $180 and go buy a switch. Xbox games and consoles have been junk for the last year or so with no support and no refunds. Taking back 2 new one X consoles I just bought for the new house as a matter of principal. Going to try out Nintendo and PS4 pro
