CONTROLLER NOT WORKING

I had this controller replaced by MS two times and yet there is a problem of unresponsive buttons. I question that where TF did the engineerings who designed this got their degree from. Wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have a degree bc this is so poorly designed in terms of responsiveness.

Terrible controller right out of the box !!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had tried to give this controller a honest run but unfortunately im disappointed 0 for 0 in my book , , stick drift right out of the box Microsoft should pay more attention on the analog sticks then haveing them removable causeing to much play in the analogs ,, everything eles on the controller is great but due to stick drift its a pass on my highway ,, xbox fix your elite controller!!!

The build quality on the bumpers is far worse that that of the 1st Elite controller. Catch it on sale but don’t pay full price for this. Not worth it with the faulty bumpers.
