    Right Trigger gets stuck

    RT gets stuck, no drops or spills. Worst of all, this $200+ controller has a THREE MONTH warranty from Microsoft. Do yourself a favor, and get the BBY warranty on it. OR better yet go with a Razer Wolverine and get a controller from a company that actually stands behind it's products (They offer a 1 year warranty).

    bought this after I loved the series 1 controller that I got with my xbox one elite years ago. Bought this in January and was good at first until end of May the left joystick stopped working. Controller is in perfect condition and I know I didn't drop it. I contacted Microsoft and didn't want to do anything about it. Sad that after almost $200 they only guarantee their product for 90 days.

    Don't buy it just buy a normal xbox controller

    controller is not worth $200 after a month of using the left and right bumper would mess up and the game i was playing wasnt registering that i was pressing them down. I accidentally dropped it a couple months after and the "A,B,X, and Y button stopped working only way to get it to start working again was to hit it against my hand

    It Was broken and after i spoke with a representative on the phone she scheduled an appt. Go to my appt. And geek squad tells me they dont work on remotes.

    Great controller, but it breaks easily.

    This is an awesome controller when it works, but sadly it breaks all the time. I bought in January. The left trigger had issues 2 months in. To get a replacement from Microsoft takes 11-14 business days. Kind of outrageous with season 2 of Warzone just starting. You are better off getting a Scuf through best buy then this product.

    Cheap - do not trust open-box

    The right bumper is faulty. This was supposed to be open box with NO defects but the right bumper does not register consistently. Unfortunately I was past the return window as I was in college when this got shipped.

    I've bought 2 separate Elite 2 controllers and both have had issues with the left bumper not registering after a few months. I don't abuse my controllers (throwing, banging, etc) so I'm fairly certain there's a major flaw in the design of the controller itself. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, even on sale.

    Have purchased 2 of these; both defective

    The controller consistently does not register button presses. TERRIBLE QA from Microsoft. I am waiting for my third replacement.. if not perfect - I will be returning and purchasing the older one.

    I bought this controller on release and this controller says it’s built to last but I have had nothing but problems the left stick stoped clicking 2 paddles broke and my left number doesn’t work I have hated this controller and I hope you don’t spend your money on this

    Stick drift

    The analogue sticks are so loose that it has to have a massive dead zone to prevent stick drift. So minor inputs are not registered. This was an issue soon after purchase.

    Excellent Feel, Poor Design for Reliability

    Right Bumper unresponsive after 10 months of use. Tried to get support online which led to the only option of a $100 dollar replacement. Not spending that additional amount of money for a dice roll of a controller. Hope the cost savings was worth it Microsoft.

    Do NOT buy this controller!!!!!!! Mine did not last at all!!!! RB button failed after 1 year and that is it. 1 year warranty is lame for this product!!!!! Looking elsewhere for a product that lasts. These controllers are known to fail!! Believe it!!!

    These controllers are constantly breaking, specifically the joysticks. Xbox warranty and customer service is garbage. Something at this price point shouldn't have to be replaced every 6 months. Frustrating enough that I will be buying a PS5 this winter.

    This controller is worse compared to the series 1. The grips are more slippery than grippy. The paddles are to clicky causing slow movements in FPS games like fortnite. It constantly feels like it’s going to fall out of my hand. DONT BUY ITS A WASTE OF MONEY!!

    Feels good out the box. Broke fast. Tripper stops broke within 2 months. Right bumper is broken. Head phone jack is loose. Charging port is loose. 1 paddle on back is broken. Have never dropped it or anything. Wish I got a warranty
