I bought this as a bday gift for my husband because the older model wasn’t exactly working for him anymore. Weve both been impressed by the customization abilities and overall performance. Overall, a great purchase.

I have now had 4 pro controllers and each one has a peice that stops working after 2-3 months of gaming. The first 2 were the original elite series and the second 2 were the elite series 2. Each controller has had a button stop working and to make things worse they’re different buttons EVERY TIME. DO NOT buy without a protection plan I made that mistake on the first 2.

These are by far the best xbox controllers. Easy swap out modules.

Was very skeptical about this at first due to the high cost, but after using it a few times I love how easy it is to use and how you can customize your settings. This controller makes game play much easier and more enjoyable

Feels good when playing games. Only gripe is the first elite controller came with a carry case and some extra sticks and d-pad. What you see is what you get. Im not sure what the point of tightening the thumb stick does but it works.

Worth the money to purchase. Easy to use and setup. Love the weight and the grip on it.

Very good controller! love the customization for the controller especially the triggers and tension for the thumbsticks. Really helps with FPS games. Also like the fact I can have multiple profiles for the controller so the paddles can be for different buttons on each profile or off. Overall happy with this and the case is also a bonus, Must have for Xbox and pc users.

Bought for my Son. He said it’s great and I was tired of buying the 40 buck controllers that drift after 2 months.

I love the Elite Series 2 controller, but the QC issues are definitely a cause for concern. I've had to RMA multiple times (stick drift, unresponsive back buttons, double clicking bumpers), but I can't go back to the regular controller.

Best controller out there. Great weight, and good quality feel. Only complaint, that some will consider a positive, is the built in rechargeable battery. I prefer Eneloop standard batteries rather than non-user replaceable battery that certainly will degrade. The prices on this has fallen so it is much more reasonable price than the original MSRP.

This was my go to controller for a long time. The back paddles are my favorite out of any of the other premium options that include back buttons. The triggers have 3 settings, great for fps games for faster trigger pulls. And the dpad is nice and responsive. My only complaint about the controller is the thumb sticks. While they do have the amazing option to adjust tension which is useful, they also have the worst recentering springs I’ve seen on any controller. There always seems to be a little extra play in the thumbstick and it never really returns to true center on its on. Overall a good controller and a solid option. If they fix the thumbsticks on the next iteration it would truly be the best option out there

Love the battery life on these and it’s nice to charge wireless when done playing.

Really good buy I had bought several of these controllers money well spent

I was hesitant to purchase this controller based off the reviews, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. I honestly cannot find a single flaw on this controller. I’m not sure how Microsoft or anyone else could top this. The price is absolutely worth it in my opinion.

I love this controller feels amazing very customizable however it does have some down sides doesn’t last long used it for 11 months before stick drift started. Widely known issue Microsoft was fixing some but not mine it was out by 2 weeks and won’t cover it. This is a very expensive investment to last 11 months with no abuse and moderate game play.

It is a wonderful product and the battery life is amazing
