It is a great heavy controller,but it a shame that this controller with the high price tag has issues and I needed to get the extended warranty Mine had issues with left stick wandering and right bumper reacting slowly. I like the built in battery though. So I had to go to Best Buy (I did set an appointment) with the Rep on phone said controller was in stock.of course no controller In stock.best buy was going to give me store credit,but finally said they can order me another one( I had to rebuy the warranty again) Prior to this I called Microsoft and their warranty on this controller is only 90 days so extended warranty did help from Best Buy

Bought two. One for me, me for my son. To me, it’s just a well built controller. To my son, this thing is a gift from the heavens. Like I said, well built, heavy, interchangeable doo-dads, cool charging case, pretty neat. Get one.

It work for like a 6 month period. After that the lb and rb buttons stopped completely working. Will be going to bestbuy to get a replacement.

I liked this controller but it eventually got stick drift in less than a year. I think in general this is a huge problem for Xbox controllers. I think every controller I’ve had from Xbox has gotten stick drift whereas PlayStation controllers, I’ve had no problems. I just don’t think it’s worth pay around 100$ for a controller that eventually get stick drift when I could buy a 60$ and save money.

Exactly as advertised, a very versatile controller for XBox One with swappable joysticks and D-pad along with paddles and hair triggers on the back. Excellent battery life as well and comes with a great case to store the extra swappable parts, paddles, and charging station.

Best reliable durable controller thanks. The grip is very comfortable and useful.

It really is an excellent controller with a comfortable design and tons of customization options, but I still don't know if it is worth the $180 price tag which is the only reason I subtract a star.

Best controller out there. High quality. Better than scufs. Innovative charging case. Will nvr go back to scuf or other alternatives.

This is an amazing controller. The amount of ways you can customize the controller are huge, and the in console settings are also limitless. The problem is that this is hugely faulty controller. Face buttons were going out a little over half a year after it was purchased, and it was not used too much. And this is a common issue unfortunately. I've lucked out that i had total tech so I could easily swap out the controller for a new one. Cause for a controller that costs $170, these faults are inexcusable.

Love this controller honestly I bought some scuffs but the elite way better love it honestly I even bought one for my brothers and I Oder.a custom one too

The color is great. It fits comfortably in hands and the back paddles and buttons are quickly responsive.

Awesome controller. I love the sturdy feel and being able to customize a ton about it. Especially the tension on the sticks.

The elite contoller is the best xbox controller I’ve used. I also have the all black one. Makes gaming fun. Will last if you take care of it.

Really like the customization with both the back paddles and standard buttons. Back bumpers aren't as solid as the PS equivalent, but it's still a hefty controller with quality build and button/vibration feedback.

its a great controller, the paddles will take a bit of getting used to, but you can remove them easily if you don't want to deal with them, personally I prefer the grip on the era 1 elite controller, but this one is still a great controller for competitive players

This is a very good product. It has been so much better than my previous controller. It has a lot of configuration with the paddles which makes it so good to use.

This is an amazing controller, easy to set up and easy to customize. Love the rechargeable built in battery and battery life.

I would only recommend this if you purchase it open box. Otherwise for the price id get two controllers and charging ports.

Great Controller for playing on Xbox but with an asterisk. If you want to save your money get the protection plan as the controller will inevitably fail. I am on my 4th one now and so glad that I always get the protection plan.
