Stick drift/terrible warranty

I know he doesnt make the rules but bestbuy as s conpany shouldn’t let that happen where a warranty is a one time use and microsoft needs to rlly upgrade there tech because stick drift put the box charging 179 or copy PlayStation with the sticks when it works its the best controller when it doesnt its like a raging headache

He was so excited about how many custom options he had available. As he put it it's like going from a Prius to a Corvette as far as performance.

For the price, this is a complete joke. It's not a BestBuy issue, but a manufacturing issue. I don't like that I had to pay for a warranty twice ($120) to make sure I can replace again. At this point, I don't want another controller, I just want my money back. Not worth it, look at something else.
