I bought this against my better judgment after being burned by a series 1 controller and two warranty replacements thereof a few years ago. The right thumb stick on this unit was abnormally loose straight out of the box, and, after some test driving and adjustment, I found that the unit has major stick drift that cannot be adjusted out. While there's a good chance a replacement unit will give me better luck, I strongly suspect that the series 2 suffers from the same potentiometer defect that series 1 did and thus any replacement I get will eventually start drifting, too. I'll be returning this and looking into other controller options.

Bought a used one and overall quality is great. The left bumper is a bit finicky at times but whatd else did you expect of a used controller. The cashier even threw in a deal so shoutout to that worker.

I couldn't ask for a better gaming experience. Programmable buttons to switch quickly between fps and racing games, programmable triggers to provide shorter travel/response distance.

Wish there were at least 2 paddles to come in the box. Otherwise, it's a great controller with removeable parts if you already own extra parts from an Elite Series 2 controller

Great performance but wears out quickly. This is our second controller like this and it only lasts about a year. However, it performs much better than the standard controller. I would recommend this product but I would also recommend purchasing the extended warranty with it.

Controller is amazing and would be super perfect but came defective twice. Had to exchange the first and second finally got a good one the third time. Had to talk with Microsoft got tired of paying BB 40$ for insurance when it was clearly a Microsoft error. My controllers had joystick drift.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much heavier and sturdier this controller feels in comparison to the standard Xbox controllers. I like the metal d-pad and rear triggers.

A must for anyone serious about gaming on a controller. Your grip switches can be programmed to any button which you are able to switch and program for different games in your collection. Works on PC and the new Series X. I’m glad I made this purchase. Definitely a power move when you bust this out on your friends.

The ability to adjust the stick tension is by far the best feature of this controller. Having 4 different stick layouts at the push of a button helps with multiple players in the house or the different games we play. 5 of 5 stars but make in different color choices to make that 200$+ price point more enjoyable.
