This controller feels extremely nice, feels very well built. You must buy the protection plan because it will break. In a sample size of 3, all three have broken in less than six months each. Left analog stick drift on one, the headphone jack on another, and the left bumper fell out on another. This is not from hard use at all, they haven’t been thrown dropped etc. For being 3x the price of the standard controller this one should have higher quality components.

All they need to added is Halo-Effect joysticks. This will be the best Controller. Still a 10/10

Great controller when it works, I’ve gone through 4 of them because of wear and tear. Within 6 months i have to get another one, definitely buy warranty if you’re getting this controller.

I use the paddle buttons on the back of the Elite controllers for "A" and "B" buttons. This makes it easier to move and look around while jumping in games. The Series 2 feels better built than the first version and I like the charging dock.

I love this vontroller but after about a year and a half, paddles started going out.

It’s an amazing product honestly I use it daily!!! But one thing I did notice is that it constantly disconnects, especially when I’m in the heat of battle lol!!!

Great controller really like the adjustable thumb sticks, but I would like to have the back paddles included with the controller.

I held off buying one of these for a long time. When Jedi Survivor cane out I caved and my mind was blown at how much better performance I get from it.

Bought this controlling in May 2020. 5 months later (October 2020) I have some pretty severe stick drift on my right stick. Microsoft has extended the warranty to 12 months on the controllers due to a lawsuit concerning stick drift but now I have the hassle of having to mail it out for repairs. At this price point I feel like this controller should be pretty close to bullet proof. Especially only after 5 months use. Perhaps look into a scuf controller as they just released a new line for xbox.

Love it! Great response and feel, but does seem to lose connection at random times. But reconnects after a few minutes. Hopefully an update will fix that issue. Other than that, it’s the best controller I’ve had yet.

So I hesitated getting this for my son due to cost. I bit the bullet and bought to and I am so glad I did. He loves it. Once we got it home and realized all it could do it was definitely worth the cost. It is truly a huge upgrade from the standard controllers.

This a much improved design from the first elite controller. The weight and feel of controller and buttons are on point.

It’s overall a great controller until it starts going in and out of connection with my console.
