I quickly noticed that the internal battery no longer held a charge since the controller would immediately lose power once disconnected from a charger.

We're sorry that there's an issue with button responsiveness on your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. If it's still within Best Buy's return period, we recommend exchanging it for a new one. But if that's not possible, every new Xbox controller comes with a 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty. Definitely don’t think it was tested cuz it was good at best.. some of the buttons didn’t work, but was able to get replacements at a low enough additional cost so I swapped them out and now works okay. Rubber grip is misaligned so kinda bubbles out

At first a was a bit hesitant due to the price, but I found it to be worth every penny. Games are overall a more fun experience and my game play has definitely improved.

Not worth spending extra money

It was about $40 cheaper though. I do think it runs really smooth though! But if youre willing to spend $$$ on a controller, go with the originial elite 2 controller for sure!
