I got my controller refurbished. It was also the last box available. I should have taken that as a red flag, as when i opened the box it was apparent why the product was returned in the first place. The cord looked like it had caught fire for the previous owner, and Best Buy didnt replace the cable despite the very obvious electrical fire that the USB-C portion of the cable had very clearly gone through. This product should have either been trashed or had a cable replacement done. Disappointed in what I recieved, but the controller looks and works fine aside from a lack of click on the right hand finger pedal. Would rate 2 1/2 stars if possible.

This controller is not a cheap alternative as it comes with no paddles or anything that the normal elite series two comes with. You have to buy it all seperate. Was highly disappointed with the purchase as i was trying to save money not have to spend more for what should come with the controller

Best controller I have ever used, the face plate has a soft feel to it.

My stepson loves this controller! He wanted it so bad and I bought it for him before he even told me it’s the one he wants sooooo bad!

I’m going to give my honest opinion on this controller. I thought it would be better than the first series but it has the same issue. It starts wearing down and the buttons and sticks won’t work anymore. I recommend anyone who buys this please pay for the warranty it will save you money later. I did purchase warranty and will be refunding it.

I was using a standard Xbox controller for racing games and with manual mode taking different buttons, this makes it easier to switch gears.

Have made multiple gaming profiles that you can just load up and swith to on the fly.

This controller is great for playing things like shooters where tracking and trigger speed are important, but if you're more of a casual player then it may be a bit overkill.

This co controller is a improvement over the first elite in every way except. It feels a bit smaller, and tends to dig into your palms a bit more.

Bought bc I wanted to blow money one day it’s heavy not worth the money

Overall the best controller I've used. Comes with extras, the case, cord, the works. You can't go wrong here

Upgrade from an elite one controller. Feels solid and well made, but so did the elite one until it fell apart.

Loved it! Great plug and play! Super solid for any shooter game with the back paddles!

I shouldn’t really be surprised every Xbox controller I’ve gotten has had an issue. I was hoping that years after the launch of the elite 2 controller that they have at least made improvements from when I last had it. They definitely have not.
