So much nicer than stock controller. Custom profiles are a game changer. Takes some getting used to utilizing the paddles but they come in handy in shooters and from software games (dodge roll, jump, heal). All of the materials and options are very nice to have. I recommend buying the service plan as many reports online state the controller can become faulty.

By far the best Xbox controller I have ever used. I've been through every controller that Xbox has put out and this one is superb in every way. The buttons are all mapable and the sensitivity of the triggers and buttons are all adjustable. The paddles are there also for those who prefer them, but in my configuration I just don't use them. The feel of this controller is hefty, durable and worth the cost. The case has a charging stand built in which is very nice, but make sure you have a USB-C cable to plug into it. The best thing about this controller is that every part about it just makes sense. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is a serious gamer. You won't be disappointed.

This is the best official controller Microsoft has to offer. I love the weight and feel. Only that’s missing his Hall effect sticks. I bought open box and it was missing the tension adjustment tool so I took off 1 star.

This is a real game changer when it comes to customization and when in game. The interchangeable thumb grips and paddles makes it to were I can’t go back to the original controller

Its a hit or miss with these controllers but luckily I havent had any problems with the infamous bunper defect. So far my experience has been great.

I like how the controller feels in the hands no matter how I hold it. One down side is that it has the option for paddles, but does not come with them. I do like how you can make the thumb sticks have a tighter or looser amount of movement.

Best controller out there. Able to fine toon it to your needs

These controllers are the most comfortable options available. The rear buttons are placed perfectly and the battery lasts forever. I've unfortunately had to return/exchange a couple due to stick drift. If they could figure that out, it would be the perfect controller.

Solid controller. The battery holds a charge for many playing hours. The customization is unlimited. You can configure to your style of play and the programmable buttons make in game moves almost like cheating.

Great controller, its about time they dropped the Elite series 3 though. I think this one is lagging behind (literally) when it comes to the amount of Hz it connects too. The higher the better. Almost got a different one until i found it it had no rumble to the controller. I need to feel the game! Extremely comfortable and easy to use. Buy!!!

The price is decent with this controller but when you look at other competitor controllers with paddles like Scuf which go for (200+) the price is fair. Its a huge improvement from the first elite controller. Better thumb stick options now with higher tension and Xbox 360 size thumb sticks. Battery life on this controller is amazing I can play for days without charging. Paddles on the back take more force to engage which feels a lot better while using. Only downside and this is nitpicking is that the tension needs to be a little higher on the 3rd setting to replicate the perfect 360 controller. Also the 360 thumb sticks don't have enough grip. But I highly recommend also buy the 2 year warranty. So that if you receive wear and tear or any other issues you can replace it.

Easily my favorite game controller out there. Easlily interchangeable with xbox and PC, very long battery life, durable, some customizable parts, and great carrying/charging case. I did have to replace it recently though due to RB button failure. Even with it's extensive use, the failure happened a bit sooner than I expected. These things are pretty well built. Don't think I can ever go back to regular controllers.
