Issues from stick drift to sticky face buttons to crunchy triggers with each controller having one of these issues. My stock 2 year old controller that came with my Xbox one X is far better controller with a control freak on the right thumb stick “and no issues at all after two years”

I honestly preferred the first series of elite controllers compared to these because they did not have that issue. I think this issue is caused by the adjustable tensions on the sticks . I’m sorry I can not recommend these to anyone due to the fact of how many times I’ve had to take mine back. Will be bringing in another one this week.

The first one (a DJI gimbal) was missing one non-critical piece but otherwise was nice. The last two (including this controller) were terrible and I returned. Although this item was supposedly "Excellent" condition, it came with MANY marks and scuffs all over it, the thumbsticks were clearly worn out, it looked like my 13 year old had played with it for the last 6-8 months. Poor condition. I returned it the same day and it will be my last time buying open box from Best Buy. Do they even look at the items before labeling them excellent? I rebought brand new and the item is a great product but DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX.
