Overall the product feels solid and familiar to use. There is however the known issue with the right bumper after some use.

It carries a 2yr warranty but that warranty does not transfer over to the new one. They did replace it with a new controller but without a warranty They said I would have to buy a warrenty and now within the first couple weeks I'm having trouble getting it to charge . This isn't the first time i've had trouble with items from "Best Buy" and I can say that I will stay away from them in the future.

I press it down, and it registers every other press. I really was hoping that this controller would last me longer than a regular xbox controller. As of now, I will be waiting for the xbox elite series 2 controller to be in stock at Best Buy so I can exchange my broken controller for a new.

A much better controller is one of the camos or special editions.

The triggers just did not fit my hands well and the buttons felt worse than a normal xbox controller. I returned it and kept my normal controller.
