Customers are saying
Customers express satisfaction with the product's great overall performance, impressive battery life, and extensive customization options, along with its comfortable feel and good weight. However, a significant concern among users is the prevalence of stick drift and issues with button quality, particularly with the bumpers and A button. The price is also a point of hesitation for some.

Wow - a great upgrade!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Such a nice upgrade from the standard controllers. I havent really done anything with custom programming or the extra triggers as of yet but it feels so good in my hands that even if i never do its still worth it.

Great idea, terrible quality control
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love playing my Xbox and my elite 1 started to have stock drift, so I figured I’d upgrade since it’s been a while. Got this baby in pretty fast Best Buy was great all things considered but the product came defective out the box. Now I dont know what the process is to return this now that COVID-19 is upon us, but I’ll tell you guys what was wrong out the box. The A button is non responsive a lot and it’s frustrating when I press it to no avail. The controller always disconnects from my Xbox everyday for a random moment. I love the elite controller idea but part of me thinks I should’ve went with a different company like scuff or Astro.

Good Controller, Bad Paddles
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the controller a lot but I got two bad ones in a row. The bottom left paddle button came loose right out of the box, and this is the controller I got in replace of the first one, which had bad bumpers. I hope I did not get a refurbished device....

Love this controller.
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I started out using the first Elite controller. It lasted for several year before I replaced it with the Elite series 2. After about a year and a half the left thumb control stick stared drifting. I replaced the first Elite series 2 with this controller.

You guessed it, stick drift
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon unboxing, this controller feels and plays great. Solid build, great response, worth the money. But inevitably, after the warranty expires, stick drift creeps in. This is my 3rd elite controller, and every one of them got stick drift around the same time. Every time I assime after years they would engineer that out of the next model, but nope, its built in. I buy a lot of mid to high level electronics with no extended warranty, and this is the ONLY product I ever recall failing, and consistently at that. Idk how this is possible. My biggest issue is the warranty is only 90 days, when the standard in any electronics is 1 year. So Microsoft know they dont last. The price on these need to come down, or better yet, extend the warranty to a year. Im tired of getting ripped off on these controllers. Ironically, the generic plastic ones always seem to last longer.

Great controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To begin inuse this for PC gaming only, i tried the PS5 edge controller and the xbox elite 2 by far is better for PC. Easier to sync up and most pc games use the xbox layout. It feels very durable and of good quality.

Plug and play with old parts
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good. The old elite 2s bumpers and paddles would go out on me playing fortnite competitively so hopefully these ones are more durable.

Best controller every
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best controller ever made. Period. Reassign the usual controls to back paddles or create a macro for a quick one button press that would have taken 2 button presses to accomplish, like going from standing to laying down without stopping at crouch

Best Xbox Controller
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Personally, I think this is way better than the first elite controller. Feels so much more quicker, smoother and more grippy for intense moments for FPS games.
