Both have the off-set sticks, However, the Scufs back paddles come downward, therefore, only two are easily within quick reach, and the other two are a stretch to reach further inwards. The Elite's 4 back paddles are all placed where your fingers would be naturally, so access to the paddles are much more comfortable by comparison.

You can map ANY button or analog stick to ANY other button or analog stick! Love the customizability with this controller
