Haven’t had it for long but works great. If you want a scuff type controller that works perfect and is programmable on the Xbox through the settings page. Highly recommended. But definitely get the geek squad warranty as other people have said it can break and Microsoft doesn’t corporate well with the 1 year warranty it comes with through them.

Vibration stopped working after 2 weeks. It really is a bummer. The grip is also loose/coming off towards the triggers on top. Best Buy says these controllers were inspected and refurbished and certified as working but they don’t work as well as they claim. I got two of these and both have some stick drift and pretty noticeable physical damage, not to mention the vibration problem. Overall pretty disappointed.

I absolutely love this controller until I was playing one of my games and I was turning right with the analog stick and as I was holding the analog stick right No other buttons worked so there might be a short :(

Its a good controller. I've had an elite series 1 in the past that worked well for 2 years till the grips fell off then an elite 2 controller that had issues after a year with the trigger but replacements were easy and this is by far the best controller out there

The elite is a tank of a controller and the paddles arent flimsy or built into the controller so if you’re getting heated you don’t have to worry about snapping them

I have been putting off getting this controller because of the price but its literally a game changer i have tweaked it just right to what feels perfect to me will never use a regular controller again

Purchased this for my son’s birthday while it was on sale before christmas. his birthday is the second week of January, and the controller was nicely priced at around $104 or something like that. The controller worked great, out of the box, but come back a week later and it is dead. No biggie, but long story short, after trying to charge it for a few days, still not working, so go to take it back and was denied by Best Buy. They said I should have purchased the $50 extended warranty or some such. Disappointed to say the least. Wont be purchasing from Best Buy again. That same day, purchased new washer (not from BB though)…
