Best Controller Ever for Xbox!

The haptics are much better than standard controllers. It feels great in your hands and you can swap out the pads for new magnetic ones if desired.

You can even go to Microsoft's site and build a custom one, (Not Cheap). It is fun to make a custom one. Buy one of these for you guests. (They Don't need the cool one).

Xbox elite remote series 2 poorly built.

However after a month of use it started drifting and within days of drift it became unplayable now I have to wait for weeks without a remote and unable to play during this strictly at home pandemic going on. I don’t recommend the geek squad warranty I recommend sending to manufacturers as I have already payed 120$ within last 3 months just on returning and repurchasing warranty. Walmart offers 16$ for 2 year protection rather than 60$ of Best Buy. Best Buy geek squad warranty will void once item is returned and you will need to purchase a new one please be aware of this.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Series 2 Elite controller powers off unexpectedly while gaming, This controller beware, do not buy because Best Buy only offers a 15 day money back guarantee. Then you would need to send off to Microsoft for repairs. Best Buy use to offer 30 days on electronics but changed it to 15 days. Sending to Microsoft is a pain, especially trying to contact support to get help with the issue. Microsoft claimed they repaired my controller only having to send it right back to them for the same power turning off issues. Microsoft is finally going to send a replacement controller to me. Amazon have a buyer beware for this controller stating that it has been frequently returned because of various issues.
