It conveniently stopped working after the warranty had expired. Bought another one. Guess what. The left bumper stopped working AGAIN and right after the warranty expired. Do not fall for the trap. He waited and when finally got it was really disappointed. the back triggers felt loose and flimsy. wasn't happy so we returned it.

But I'd forgive that if it wasn't complete garbage. I had to return the first one immediately after opening it (the "A" button didn't work). The replacement had a"barely functional" A button that only activated if you pressed it exceedingly hard. At first I was going to try to just use the paddles underneath and basically not need to ever press the A button. But no I'm not going to spend this much on a broken controller so I took the next one back also

Product is great, very good improvement over the 1st generation elite controller. Getting the protection plan on this product is not worth it. Best buy use to have a store in my area and they closed it. I started experiencing controller drift. I called the 1-800-geeksquad and got transferred multiple times just to be told I have to drive 3 hours to use the protection plan.
