Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the product's great overall performance, impressive battery life, and extensive customization options, along with its comfortable feel and good weight. However, a significant concern among users is the prevalence of stick drift and issues with button quality, particularly with the bumpers and A button. The price is also a point of hesitation for some.

I suffer from essential tremors, which means that 'normal' controllers cannot stand up to the involuntary twitches that make up my daily life. This controller was bought to replace the generation 1 equivalent, that developed drift, and so far has made me a happy customer. No need for replacement batteries, as the rechargeable battery is built into the controller!

Best controller can’t give it 4 stars due to this is my 3rd one as stick drift is prevalent I. The elite series 2. The changeable sticks are great if you play different games as you can get a comfortable grip and not have to use extensions when you need finer movements.

This is the best controller I have ever used. It feels great in the hand. The life battery is amazing. The interchangeable parts make this controller very customizable to your liking. Just to note, I have not had any drifting or button pressing issues. I may have lucked out but beware that those are things people have complained about.

Feels sturdy and the weight is nice. I’ve not experienced any drift or button issues I did have a launch model that was starting to develop bumper issues but that was after literally thousands of hours of use and only one bumper. I like it so I got another one.

    Solid FPS wireless controller

The customization is really nice with the additional 4 back buttons. Thumb stick selection is nice, but a tall stick with a fat head would be better for FPS games for accuracy. Build quality seems sold, and weight feels premium. Wish it came with a wireless dongle. Picked up one up which adds to the total cost, and have only connection 1 drop so far. The D pad sucks. It is not responsive for fast paced games that use this like 2D platformers. I switch to a PS4 controller to play them. I use this for COD Warzone & picked up the warranty as reviews of it failing seem a little too frequent, and COD is harsh on controllers. I prefer the shspe & size of the PS4 & PS5 controllers a lot more, but the lack the buttons on the back. Removing those from the back is easy if you only need 2, or have larger hands and bump the wrong ones too much. It's definitely a med to large hands controller. Software works, and set up is easy

Definitely worth it, has a little more weight to it , sleek look. Love the protective case it comes with to charge inside, the gripped skin on it is great if you’re hands get sweaty. Paddle boards on back are awesome so you don’t have to take your fingers off toggle sticks... 100% worth the buy if you want the best playing experience

Straight out of the box controller had massive stick drift. Both thumb sticks have serious drift and has been an issue the entire time I have owned. Did not have this issue with previous gen. Had high hopes but unfortunately this controller is not a home run, single at best.

Due to all the negative feedbacks on the series 1, I didn’t buy the 1st one. This time I took my chance hoping that the 2nd is much improved. It is an awesome controller. MS addressed many issues reported from the 1st one. I am loving it so far! The only downside is the price. Yes, it’s not cheap and with this money, you can buy a new console with little bit of extra.

I was skeptical about spending 150 bucks for a controller. After a few weeks, I don’t think I could go back. The ability to customize all the buttons, the addition of the four paddles, the feel, and long battery life makes this a worthy purchase. Took a few days to get used to the extra buttons, but well worth it. Highly recommended!!

After months of use I would say that was disappointing a little for the price. I only bought this when I had extra cash and wanted to test a "premium" controller. Control response time was really good, the case is good, alongside the ability to customize anything about the controller. However where it fails is the extra paddles of the controller and even if it's removable. It kinda leaves opening in the back of your controller. Leaving it exposed to dirt and oils from your hands. For people who grew up in the old Xbox era controllers the paddles get in the way more than an added benefit. Otherwise good controller but just a preference issue.

The Elite Series 2 brings a lot of disappointment. When I first bought the controller I had to return it the next day because the D pad was misaligned. The right D pad button was tilted up, making it harder to press compare to the left D pad button. After 4 months of gaming, my bottom right paddle stopped working and I had to use my warranty to get it replaced which meant I had to rebuy the warranty which costed me another $50. After getting the controller replaced, my left trigger stopper adjuster fell off. On the previous elite the trigger stopper adjusters were made out of a solid plastic but on the Series 2, it’s a tiny toothpick end with a rubber cover. When the cover fell of it made it harder to switch the triggers. Some pros are the new grip design and internal batteries. The Elite 1 rubber grips peeled off after 6 months of gaming and the new design is holding on so far. The internal batteries is a plus with the case as the charger. I visit my friends home a lot and I like bringing my own controller so this is a plus for me. After paying nearly $300 with warranty I’m very disappointed on this product. The price is half of a brand new console. You might as well buy a regular controller and get the $30 StrikePack paddle mods or the PowerA Fusion pro....
