Customers are saying
Customers express satisfaction with the product's great overall performance, impressive battery life, and extensive customization options, along with its comfortable feel and good weight. However, a significant concern among users is the prevalence of stick drift and issues with button quality, particularly with the bumpers and A button. The price is also a point of hesitation for some.

Mid grade quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mid grade but at least it's first party. Sad that this is the best they can do. No screenshot button, terrible build quality or consistency, in had to buy 3 before I got one with both working bumpers and A button. Premium feel but way too heavy, plus too small for my man hands. Overall i wish it were better but I will use it, especially for the under side paddles. At this point I can't game without them.

Learning curve but great!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There’s definitely a learning curve but once you get the paddles and adjust to using then your ability to play games better will increase. 10/10 would recommend

Almost Perfect
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly one of the best controllers you can get! This is my third one and I learned the hard way to get a protection plan on these contollers. The same issue has happened in the past with serious stick drift and bumper issues (not registering/double registering) developing. If you’re buying through best buy consider the geek squad coverage but also definitely look into getting it with microsoft complete from the microsoft store!

Amazing Product and Amazing Customer Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this controller almost everyday and absolutely loves how it feels in my hands. I have used this type of controller for about 3 years an unfortunately the only reason I bought a new one was because my puppy got ahold of it and chewed it. As soon as it happened my wife and I went to Best Buy to get one the first one didn’t have any in stock so we called and ordered it from a different location on our way there just to make sure we didn’t miss out on getting the exact one that I wanted. Best Buy answered really quickly and helped me order it over the phone in less than 3 minutes. As soon as we arrived they already had it waiting in online orders even though we were only about 5 minutes away after we finalized the order.

Great controller
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Xbox Elite Series 2 controller is the Xbox one controller at it's best. The weight and feel of the controller is superior to the default Xbox One controller. Can't go back after using this

Fantastic controller with one down side
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the elite v1 for a little over a year before moving to the v2. Overall, the v2 is a much higher quality controller than the v1 with only one downside when compared to the v1. The v1 used a membrane style for its button mechanisms in both the joysticks and the paddles, however the v2 uses more of a clicky button style mechanism. In the v1 the signal pulses consistently, however, in the v2, sometimes the signal stops pulsing which requires me to then reset the button by pressing it again, this behavior never happened to me when i uses the v1. That said, the membrane style in the v1 controller wore out very quickly. The v2 mechanism still feels brand new even though I’ve been playing with it daily since it was released. Finally, if i had to choose between the v1 and v2, given my post above i would still pick the v2 because of the build quality and durability.

Great controller
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been hesitant to get this instead of a normal controller because of the cost. After getting it, I am upset that I hadn't done so sooner because I cannot imagine going back to a normal controller after this.

Xbox Elite Series 2 Black Controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had gotten an opened-box all black one for roughly $60 plus $35 warranty. Easily the best controller for any shooter game or even a regular gamer that needs buttons that are easier to press. My opened box one was missing the usb-c cable but that wasn’t a big deal. The controller functions like it is brand new. Easily the best controller I have owned and when this warranty is over and the controller breaks down the line I will 100% be buying another one!!

Great for anyone who loves options!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent quality, remapping buttons are super easy with the Xbox Accessories app. Ultra high quality materials, buttons, and paddles. Rechargeable battery is long lasting. Price is pretty steep, but 100% worth it if you are serious about gaming
