Exactly what i expected! I love that it some with different left and right stick pad options and the option to change the force it takes to press the triggers down! 10/10 recommend!

[Employee of bestbuy] This is a great controller for those who want a little extra out of their current controller. The rubberized grip feels great, and the thumb sticks are responsive and feel much more durable than the regular Xbox controller ones. One thing I wish Microsoft would do is create more color schemes without keeping the back of the controller white, which sort of defeats the purpose of a darker color controller. (The included USB-C cable is great as well)

Love these controllers! Only rocked regular Xbox controllers, and this was a game changer.

Haven’t had them very long but love them so far. Love the profile option so you can have a couple saved presets.

Compared to the original Elite controller this one is by far an amazing upgrade. Having the ability to adjust the tension on the thumbsticks is great for dialing in the accuracy for FPS games, the extra middle trigger stop is awesome if you're not wanting to go all the way to the short stop for other games as well, and the adjusted paddles on the back are much better without having to worry about accidentally hitting them while playing. The built in rechargeable battery is a step above the play and charge kit battery. I have definitely noticed a significant increase in play time before needing to charge it. If you're on the fence whether to keep your original Elite over this one then you're missing out. The Elite 2 is definitely worth the money for the upgrade.

My wife bought this for me, along with several other peripheral items, and my new X Box X series, for Christmas 2025. It's been amazing! The sensitivity and ease of use is great. I most definitely would recommend and/or repurchase this controller/brand again!

Bought this as an open box item hoping there would be no issues. Was I pleasantly surprised. No issues at all. Looks and works just like a brand new controller. Love the fit and interchangeable controls. So far playing has been great.

Love how seamless it is to connect to your pc or console. The button programming is extreamly easy and the feel is amazing.

Overall, the controller felt good when sitting on the hands. The dome joystick and the adjustable tension makes it really comfortable to play games. But there are still some issues on the controller I received. I can hear something when I shake it; the dead zones of the joysticks are even larger than my regular one s controller; the top part along with the bumpers is a bit loose. I don't think paying almost $200 for a possible defective controller is a wise choice. Also, as a PC gamer, I don't feel the upgrade worth that much of penny that is 3-5 times more than a regular one s controller.

The controller is of good quality and has a nice suitable weight to it.
