This has been an awesome controller! A step up from my previous one love it!!

As a Playstation player I was skeptical when choosing a controller to play games on my PC, but when I gave the xbox elite a chance I was not disappointed, I highly recommend and encourage anyone in the market to follow my decision.

The controller is good quality, would like the LB and RB buttons to be more durable, but that is not Best Buy's issue.

Much better than the stock controller the Xbox came with. Especially with the rechargeable batteries

This was my first controllee with paddles. There is some stick drift but nothing crazy. I do like how the parts are easy to change and software is easy to customize button

This is my third of these controllers. My only complaint is that the other 2 still work great, except for the single zr button on each. To be fair though, they must have lasted hundreds of hours of gameplay each before breaking. These controllers do have a great quality feel though - much better than the basic controller my Xbox came with. Definitely worth the money!

I absolutely love the feel of this controller. The weight is perfect! It feels like a quality piece of equipment. I don't use the extra toggles yet, but will as I become more familiar with it.

I originally had the original Elite controller, and upgraded to this one after I had multiple issues with the original. I did have my first unit eventually develop stick drift issues, so I took it in and was able to get a new one. So far, I have not had issues with the replacement after several months of daily use. I still wish we could map keyboard keys to the back paddles for things like Push to talk bindings in games. I've now become very attached to the option of swapping out the analog sticks for something is a better fit to my style.

I love this controller,Best on the market.First controller I had to return it because of a bad A button,The second is fine.Maybe a little better QC Microsoft.Every $179 controller should be perfect out of the box.

Controller works fine. Im just not inlove with paddles on the controller feels odd.

The provided customization, controller-feel, weight, and everything about this product are stellar. The price appears hefty, but it's worth it.

Controller is good compared to the regular Xbox controllers, however after 10 months the right bumper started to give out, luckily I had the geek squad replacement plan, so I got a new one. Hopefully the new one will last a bit longer
