I was initially hesitant to purchase because of cost. Price is only downside but if you want the best this is it. Could never go back to standard controller after using this, everything else feels like a toy.

By far one of the best controllers I’ve ever purchased!

So far so good. Ive mixed reviews about this item but decide to take the plunge (and getting the warranty just in case). It's been working great to far. It doesn't have the same issue that the OEM rechargable battery has. I haven't ran out of juice on this controller even after multiple days of usage with charging it. The build feels nice. I like a heavier controller, and the triggers and definitely nice to have. Is it life changing? No. Is it a gimmick? Also no. It's just a fancier controller with a. Few added features which are nice to have. Hopefully MSFT has had the time to fix the kinks.

Bought this mainly for the paddle pack that came with it. Still works good, too!

The customization of this thing is unreal. Great feel and comfortable while playing. Just a little pricey imo!

If you can afford it, get it! Amazing! Customizable! Loving it! Great package. Case even has magnetic charger within it. Feels perfect. Paddles take some time to get a feel for but then fit in flawlessly.

I can't imagine playing Halo MP without this. This controller provides great precision, feel, durability, customization to allow you to go out and compete at a high level in online gaming.

Hands down the best controller on the market. Tons of options to make it work exactly how you want it too from trigger stops to programmable buttons. Excels for keeping you thumbs on the sticks in FPS games and having flappy paddle shifters in racing games. Only gripe, the internal battery. It is great and lasts a long time however in a few years when the battery goes bad you won’t be able to pop in new AAs or a new rechargeable pack.

Wouldn’t use another controller! Highly recommend to any Xbox players

Feels great. Responsive. Good build quality. The buttons all feel great and its great that its interchangeable. Also customizable in the xbox settings. Should come with paddles though.

This is easily my favorite controller to use, easily configurable, durable, and overall just premium. Customer service was also great as I couldnt find the color I wanted and a service tech helped me out.
