The tension of the sticks can be adjusted. The D-pad can be swapped. The four paddles on the rear make custom button mapping amazing for Call of Duty and other gaming applications. The battery life is up to snuff as well. Worth every penny.

Battery life is incredible and I love the extra inputs on the back. My original elite controller lasted almost 9 years, hopefully this investment lasts just as long.

It’s got the right weight the right balance and being able to adjust the tension on the triggers and the thums is awesome. I like that they came out with the white one however I would be great if there were more colors and patterns.

Also, my hands seem to sweat more when compared to the series 1. Overall great design and comfort. I also love having different analog options and even though i haven't used the tool to adjust the analogs im intrigued, but leary of messing with them.

Let me clarify, this is the second one in addition to one already in the household. After purchasing a series X several months ago, my wife got addicted to Fall Guys and a couple other games. One night after I was done playing, I forgot to move mine back to the computer and she started using it, then flat asked me why I bought the good one for myself and left her with the stock Xbox controller. Mind you that I already had one for over a year for PC use. So, after my positive time with one, I decided to get her one too. This controller is amazing and by far the most customizable "pro" controller software wise you can get. While some complain about button issues, I have never encountered this on any that weren't from a resin issue (I mod controllers on the side and this is the most common reason for issues. The resin mold sometimes has excess on it and leaves dust from usage, preventing a click from the A button, and LB/RB. A simple cleaning restores full functionality 99% of the time). Can't wait for the new one from MS coming soon.

I will habe to send it in to be repaired. This isn't really Besy Buy's fault. It is Microsofts fault though. Where is the QA testing durijg manufacturing?!?

My son said he loved it and i can tell its helped him a bit. Just the gact that its new and tbe sticks are not wven broke in yet its a nice piece to have to my collection of controllers

I learned it would be nearly the same price as buying the newer model to send in the old one for repair, so I went ahead and ordered the series 2. The controller feels great, just like the series 1, but the battery life is incredible. Highly recommend this controller!
