The adjustment in the joysticks is great and I've had zero problems with it unlike the previous generation elite controller. Also have found the controller to have zero stick walk unlike the cheaper Xbox controllers.

The controller is well built and has not had any problems so far. The customization you can do to this controller with such ease is impressive and give you a whole different experience with first person shooters. It looks amazing and performs flawlessly. Once customized to your liking, the game play becomes so much easier. It has taken my enjoyment of my Xbox One X to a whole different level.
