I really didn't know how different it feels from one controller from other till i bought the elite my gaming chase how i can adjust the trigger and my bottom to be easier to my play different games easy to cusmote and remove each part of the controller and also the case and charging station is just incredible.

Has good weight. Feels solid and good quality build. Bought on sale $99

My daughter loves her controller and uses it on a daily basis.

See the pictures for what Best Buy considers "open box - good condition." 1. literally missing all accessories 2. packed in a brown box and shrinkwrapped so tightly that the sticks were mashed down 3. all scratched up 4. rubber grips filled with some crust substance. Food? earwax? This was such a waste of my time. Going to the store, waiting to pick up the order, inspecting it, then having to immediately do a return, which took 15 minutes because the pickup had to "process in the system." It took two employees to figure out which buttons to press to undo everything. They suggested I just leave as it would "take a while" and I should just leave my $80 in limbo. I guess there's a reason it was so cheap...literally disgusting, and the employee at least offered me hand sanitizer after I handed this disgusting thing back across the counter. This will be my last "open box" experience with Best Buy.

Had it a year. Still works great despite a few hard crashes.

Better controller done original. But definitely not worth a rich general price. And too many extra parts.

Excellent controller works amazing when playing games especially Call Of Duty Cold War. I love the fact that it have a self built in batter.

The customization ran deeper than i though especially in the xbox app on series X

Excellent, back triggers can be modified for depth pressure. Some of the buttons are interchangeable. It also has a good texture for grip.

man this controller is awesome , paddles on the back make gameplay out of this world !

6 month review.... I'm now on my 3rd elite series 2 controller in 4 years... ive had this one for 6 months. MAJOR problem ..........wait for it.... you guessed it stick drift. come on guys fix it..... #HallEffect sticks and triggers.... its the future embrace it. Way better than analog until they fix this I'm moving on and that really sucks because other than that i love them, but at $180 ???? there are $40 controllers on the market with better sticks and triggers now. build quality is top notch, but internal components need to catch up with the demand of the gaming community. cant recommend anyone to buy this because of that Unfortunately..

Buy far the best controller in gaming PERIOD! I am amazed at the battery life on this controller. Last me over 2 weeks on a single charge.

I love the feel of the controls are very responsive didn’t give it five stars because I don’t know if it’s just me or there is no capture button on it.
