I bought the elite series 2 controller on open box for half the price as new. Item arrived in 1 day from purchase and was 100% complete. (No box but had case and all pieces)

Excellent controller. Has the first series and I wasn’t a fan but this series 2 controller is perfect! Much better quality than the previous generation!

Always need a backup controller. Got it on sale for $99.

It looked pretty on the shelf, so I bought it. I don't play the xbox that I have, but very occasionally someone does. So, eventually, this controller will get removed from the box and used. Maybe.

Great controller if you like to play shooters, you can map actions with buttons and have 3 different profiles for your favorite games, little expensive but Quality is an A+, have no issues with it.

This controller is the best controller i ever had. I had to buy it again when my old one broke.

Great controller, the trigger locks make the trigger a hair pull. Holds carge for a long time. Definitely recommend.

if you already have accessories from the normal Elite series 2 this is a great replacement to save a few bucks. However, I would not purchase if you don't have or are not planning to get the back buttons. While not that big of a deal I am slightly disappointed that the triggers and numbers don't have the same metal feel they had on the original series 2.

Gotta be honest...if you have/play an xbox, its THE controller. Unless you go the Scuf route. Its a little on the pricey side, though.

If you are looking for an xbox/pc controller for your games, then look no further. This is a premium controller for serious gamers. The customization that you can do to this controller is unbelievable. Recommend to everyone!!!

Some of the buttons seem to stick? Idk I find myself having to click the same buttons a few times to get what I want.

I really think the elite controller series 2 is a good product ideally but they have a lot to work on when it comes to the controller because it supposed to be durable but in reality it has its faults when it comes durability And I feel for the price we pay for the controller we should get nothing but the best and not less Because I’m having the same problem with this controller as I am with the $69 controllers the buttons are getting stuck and I’m not really liking that about it at all

Controller is starting to get a bit of stick drift which is the only reason it's not a 5 star review.

These open box elite controllers are used. People use them for months then bring them back. Look at the buttons and other rubber parts you can se how used they are . Best Buy is misleading. Open box controllers don’t leave the store and havnt been played with games . But a new 1 they are awesome.

Just a solid controller. Also,tou can buy the additional add ons if you want ti down the line.
