I got stick drift on my right stick after 4 days i went back to use my warranty theg said its a one time use and if the next controller messes up i have to buy another warranty i told the manger well what if it breaks out the box he left me with a i dont know . I know he doesnt make the rules but bestbuy as s conpany shouldn’t let that happen where a warranty is a one time use and microsoft needs to rlly upgrade there tech because stick drift put the box charging 179 or copy PlayStation with the sticks when it works its the best controller when it doesnt its like a raging headache

Had many competative controllers but this is by far the best Xbox controller

The controller looks and feels great. It worked great for one day, but the second day I had it, the left joystick started drifting. I tried changing the joystick attachment with no luck. After a week the Y button began to depress oddly which offered a slower than typical response. The battery life is excellent on the controller, but the issues I experienced within the first two weeks of owning the controller do not justify the premium price. Tried to exchange the product, but they are sold out. Will return if I can’t get an exchange and save myself 140 bucks by buying a cheap (but reliable) standard wireless controller.

The paddles and customizable joy-sticks are a game changer! I can’t imagine using a regular controller anymore.

What else do ya need? Just go ahead and pick one up. It’s definitely a step up than what you have currently.

The controller feels great , connects easily and set up and button mapping is easy.

Love the color and love the accessories and other toggles I can add to it.

This controller allows you to more easily input complex dynamic commands. It’s really fun to use. Great paddle placement and they are removable. Also has great battery life.

if you play regularly, these only last about 8 months. But other than that, works great!

I like the controller overall, but for the price I would pass. Everything about this controller is great except for one of the main functions. It drifts! Series 1 the quality in the build lacked this series it’s the drift in the stick. I have heard from other gamers that it’s case by case but I have heard of more cases of them having drift too. I plan on finding another controller to replace this one at some point in time.
