I love this controller more than the original elite. I play FPS mostly and it allows for easy profile switching.

I've already made an exchange to this controller once due to the A button working sometimes, and I may have to do it again. It's almost as if you have to press the button with a bit more force for confirmation, which is a no go for me. I googled this issue, and others are having similar problems. I didn't get the Best Buy warranty the first purchase, but got it after my first exchange because I don't want to take a chance with a $180 controller that was poorly made. I highly recommended the warranty, or just wait for Microsoft to improve this product. On a side note, the original Elite Series was perfect, and it still works despite the joystick cover wearing off after years of use.

I love this controller it works amazing. The weight is perfect and the built in battery makes me love this controller even more.

I would love to say great things about this controller, but I can't. Not until they revamp the qualty of the controller.it's not worth a $200 lottery that you know the timer is counting down until its unusable.

I had the 1st gen and unlike many, never had any problems at all. Played a lot of hours and eventually wore out the coating on a thumb stick. This is similarly nice and expensive feeling but has usb c for faster/easier charging and it also has Bluetooth. This is especially nice for use with a PC because you don’t need that adapter that older Xbox One Controllers needed to pair with a gaming computer. It will also work with the upcoming Xboxes for this fall so your purchase is future proof.

Controller feels great in hand. Way better than the regular xbox controller. Use it on my switch from time to time.

Perfect for anyone and love that i can customize it

This controller is near-perfect. Everything about it is excellent. Except for one major gripe. The analog sticks slightly drift, and they didn't start until past my warranty period. I had to adjust the dead zone to be a bit larger to compensate, and even then, right stick will now turn my character left slightly sooner and slower than it turns right.

It was a x mas gift and he loved everything about it. Also great thing for me is y’all had the best price around.

While the elite certainly does not feel as lightweight and cheap as the standard Xbox controller, there seems to be a design flaw specifically with the letter buttons. When, pressing the A button, it almost never registers, unless I press it with excessive force. I find it to happen most often when moving from the thumb stick to the A button, resulting in pressing it in a slightly upward direction. I already bought one controller, returned it for a replacement, and now the replacement does the exact same thing right out of the box a little worse than the original one. Will be returning.

This was a gift for my two BBop boys, Bean and Wubz, as they continue their gaming adventures together, and I highly recommend it!
