They obviously changed their manufacturing because I exchanged it 6 different times and every single time each controller had the exact same issue. The left thumbstick is completely chalked. Can’t even move it in a circle smoothly, it gets stuck and sometimes it doesn’t even detect movement at all. Again, 6 different controllers from two different locations had this exact same issue. It’s like they know they are pushing out broken controllers but just don’t care lol

I use this controller primarily for manual driving in racing games but serves perfectly fine for all types of games. The assignable paddles make customization an absolute breeze! **Warning** These have a tendency to fail in the first year so I recommend buying the Geek Squad coverage to protect your investment!

The quality is definitely improved from the original. Wouldn't recommend the original controllers anymore with how fast they seem to die now.

For the price these controllers have, there should be quality control! Don't believe me? Just browse the internet and you'll see how many people have issues with sway and bumpers. I though the elite would be higher quality. I was wrong.
