My son so happy with this purchase as it is my second one as I washed the first one in bed sheets. A big expense that was my fault.

The bumpers will stop working after a while. I have had it for almost a year and I started having issues about 6 months in.

The top bumpers stopped working with the first month. 3 months in, they work every now and then. I’ve had issues in The middle of a game with them and it has been frustrating.

Awesome! Love the idea of diffrent Byron layouts making buttons i use more at the easiest access with the paddle buttons!

The four paddles on the back allow for quick and easy remapping of buttons. I like that I can have save up to three different versions for different games.

First, I had the elite controller 1st generation, and it stopped sending audio to the headset. I thought that it was my headset so I bought a new one. I had the same issues with a new headset. I found out that it was actually the controller. After my elite 1st gen failed (after about 1yr.), I bought the elite 2. I figured the failure of the first may have been a fluke. However, after about 9 months, the elite 2 started to have issues with headset audio… Which happened after “A” button issues. Then, I started to have issues with the controller randomly disconnecting from the xbox in the middle of gameplay. Now, it just totally failed. All of a sudden (middle of gameplay), half of the buttons stopped working. Tried resetting the Xbox, resetting the controller, and still not working. Don’t waste $200 on a controller that only lasts 1yr. Happened with my elite 1, and again with the elite 2.

Definitely was a wait to get this controller but it’s so comfortable and amazing to the feel. You can adjust the thumb sticks with a tool and it feels like the original controller or 360. Think it’s also cool it’s rechargeable already included and the case is super nice.

Husband absolutely fell in love with this controller. He was so excited to have certain settings available with a push of a button for each game he played.

I was honestly thinking it wouldn’t make a difference I play a lot of call of duty and it honestly helps movement in the game

Much better feel that the normal xbox controler. The ability to choose what feels comfortable is great

4th time purchasing out of warranty. (1-3 were all the first gen elite controllers). 1st controller had stick drift even with dead zones set crazy high. 2nd controller right thumb stick was pressed and never retracted. 3rd controller the battery would die after 10 min of use (had to use wired). Decided to give a shot at the second gen elite figured they might have ironed out their issues AND NOW MY 4th has unbelievable controller drift. I will never buy a overpriced controller again from Microsoft. I’ve wasted almost 800 I’m just happy this last controller took a **** before the return date was up. It’s sad because I really loved the controller but I can only take so much abuse. I will be returning tomorrow

It’s heavy compared to the rest of the newer gen controllers. But the stick drift is unreal. Whatever you do, make sure to purchase the warranty if you buy this controller!

Works great easy to use came ready to go! I do have an issue that with the RB button doesn’t work all the time

Pros: customizable, sleek, very easy to use Cons: the hit sticks don't completely work. yes movement is there but the controller does not recognize when I push the sticks down. The value is there with the open box.

I went a cheaper route and bought a pre-owned, It was only $110 instead of buying one for $200. Highly recommend.

Needed to replaced a well used controller. Although a little pricier, i was pleasantly surprised at how versatile the settings were and the simplicity of adjustments for most any play style. Money well spent in my opinion !!! Very pleased with this controller choice !

It’s a very good concept but the flaw of it the bumpers goes out like in 3-4 months of use
