Get the warranty from best buy even though it was covered under microsoft. Just easier and seamless. My son is hard on his remotes, he is 10.

Could be a good controller butway too many issues

Microsoft should really be ashamed of their quality control.

This one feels better built than the them.

Also, the problem with interchangeable parts makes the different parts loose over time. THE ONLY plus is that it’s rechargeable like all controllers should be anyways.

The only concern is the bottom right came loose but snapped back in place. Maybe its so you can swap them out with different colors in the future?

Buttons not responding to input and "stick drift".
