Some functionality was not working on the joystick, like depressing the joystick down during a game. Disappointed.

Being able to activate face buttons wirhiut removing your right thumb from the thumbstick gives you the edge over traditional controllers. In gaming, that 1/2 second means everything

The look of the device looked well used and the right bumper was not responsive to anything other than a hard press. Had to return it to being unusable.

Another broken controller

After reading how Microsoft was improving the quality with series 2 I decided to try this and got burned again. Within a few months the left trigger is already sticking. I have not had food or drink near the controller. For such an expensive controller the failure rate is way too high. While the controller was working it felt great. Buttons responsive and quiet lots of customization options, back triggers etc but I can't recommend it with the lousy build quality and QC.

Feels like quality, but garbage "under the hood".

Sticks start drifting. Feels nice, like quality, but under the hood, this controller is garbage. Low quality switches that wear out and stop working within 3 months to a year. I have four of these controllers, each have major issues. Two have been returned and repaired but now they each have at least one button that only works 1/2 the time again. Don't waste the money, unless your a casual once in a while player. Might last okay if you play just a couple times a week.
