Don't buy open box!

Got it and opened it, it was dirty and didnt work very well. Tried doing the adjustments recommended on xbox support and still not working well. I've purchased open box before with no issues and I assumed this was tested before being put back up for sale. Now, it's nowhere in stock within 250 miles of me so we have to wait so I can buy new instead and be able to use a gift card I had used with it. Not recommended to buy open box!
