He said he’s looked online & it’s a common fault with these controllers!!! Almost $150 & used for less than 2 months!!

I have sent it in to Microsoft due to connectivity issue. It was sent back fixed. Now it is doing it again. I can't return it to Best Buy do to a glitch in their system. We purchased the yearly protection plan and due to this glitch they won't fix or replace.

After a month of use they start drifting . I had in the past 6 months 4 different elite controllers . I wouldn’t recommend

Every one had a different issue- 2 being spongy, noisy dpads. The controller’s feel and features are impressive enough that I’m willing to exchange again for a shot at getting a good one- but I’m not feeling hopeful. Insanely poor QA at the manufacturing level. Shame because I can tell the controller is special (and the best retail one available) when it works.
