Stay Away
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very disappointed in this controller. The A button doesn’t register the press roughly half of the time. It feels solid, triggers and the other options are great, but the lack of quality control on these buttons are a known issue that Microsoft has not yet addressed.

Defective and connection issues
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller feels good and gives every perception of quality including a nice case to hold accessories. However, it has been plagued with connection issues since day 1. Finally, 9 months in and it finally broke. Microsoft has extended the warranty to 1 year presumably due to ongoing quality issues.

Good, probably
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had an issue where it would double press a button within the first week. Returned, haven't bought another. Otherwise construction was good, felt premium

Good controller until it breaks
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this controller. It feels so much better than a normal controller and the paddles/trigger lock options are nice. HOWEVER, I have gone through 2 of these now. The left bumper keeps breaking and losing sensitivity. ALWAYS the left bumper. Hope they fix this flaw.

Don’t buy it
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The worst experience ever with this controller man. I’m fed up already. Have purchased four and they were all defective out of the box. From bumper issues to stick drift not worth the price for the hassle.

Not so "Excellent Condition" as they said
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Multiple buttons worn out and won't play properly in games, rubber loose, wrong backpedals. Definitely shouldn't have been marked as the condition it was. I was better off with my 5 year old controller with stick drift. However, could have just been a bad egg in the batch.

Novelty controller
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is a cool idea, but falls apart dispite beefy manufacturing. Normal controllers are just about as durable.

Great controller with quality issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought two of these. Hands down the most comfortable controller out there. My complaint is that previous one didn’t last that long. A couple of bumber buttons wore out. Same thing happened to me with series one too. Wish there was a better quality controller with the same great feel
