    Controller broke in first week!

    I love and have had every elite controller at this point but the durability of them has gone down hill. My last 2 didn't last two months. Left bumper broke on one and the rubber covers on my latest one fell off. To top it all off I bought the warranty knowing there temperamental. But when I went to use it my replacement was "lost it the mail" and they had to refund me. Still haven't got my money back or a replacement controller.

    Purchased on release date, 2months later power button is broken causing controller to turn off itself every couple seconds. Even when using a charging cable. Purchased product replacement from best buy and they have been sold out for months and associate at the store said no idea when or even if they are getting more. Go with other brands or get a replacement warranty with a store that will actually stock them when you need to replace.

    This high end Xbox controller died in under a year. I’m 65 and I only game a few times a month so I’m beyond disappointed. I build my systems (ex IT tech) for myself, family and friends. So as highly recommended as this controller was it’s hard to believe it died in under a year with only minimal use.

    Breaks all the time.

    I love everything about this controller except for the fact that the thumb stick L3 button breaks after 3 months. I keep having to return it to best buy and pay another $50 each time for the protection plan everytime it breaks. Ive had 2 that had the Right bumper break and 2 that had L3 button break. 4 broken controllers $50 each time to get a new protection plan, $200 total thats ridiculous!

    Controller worked fine until the LB button wouldn’t work. LB and RB buttons not working over time, is a known issue. Usually craps out after the warranty is done.

    Bought it on 1/8/2020 and its already broken on 1/30/2020 the left stick will only work when pushed up 3/10 times. Bought the protection that we paid $39.99 for to get it replaced and now i have to spend an extra $39.99 to protect the next one. Just buy a regular controler. Theyve lasted much longer and are exponentially cheaper to replace.

    left stick starts drifting after 8 months of purchase. Called MS customer service for warantty repairing and after 10 days of waiting they returned me controller as-is without any repairing. Never buy any crap from microsoft

    Was talked into buying an box controller, all of the accessories were missing, even though it was rated as excellent condition. It was also very dirty.

    Imput lag set in 5 months into use (second one in 8 months) i do not recommend this controller for longterm or competitive use, the return policy is GARBAGE And best buy will do NOTHING but weasel more money out of you and then stick you with a broken product
