LB and RB are prone to breaking

I'm disappointed in how these controllers always seem to give out with either of the buttons listed, a shame really.

Defective unit

The quality control issues must not have been entirely fixed yet, since my controller had unresponsive face buttons out of the box. Took it back and got a refund. If they fix the issues it would be a good controller.

Returned and got my money back, its not a premium controller if it doesn't function like its suppose to. Alot of other people report the same problem.

Regardless of its “Elite” title and status, the 90 day warranty is about as common as it gets, and now I’m stuck with $200 paper weight. I requested a replacement request from Microsoft, and to no surprise, I didn’t get any response.
