Perfect gift and delivery fast, great service from customer service.

There are button issues (A, RB, LB, X, all presented intermittency and there's no consistency ). Sent to Microsoft for repair. You would not believe how difficult it is to get hold of someone at Microsoft to check on the status of a repair. My account didnt show any changes and after 30 days I tried once again for a last time and got through after 2:30hs on the hold. Controller is sent back to me as "repaired" The problem persists and now there are connectivity issues with my PC. I have two other regular xbox one wireless controllers that work absolutely fine, but the "Elite" version just lacks and frustrates, forcing me to quit midgame on competitve matches because the controller simply becomes irresponsive. It's a shame that microsoft returned a "lemon". Very upsetting. I'm considering other joysticks from other brands

love the adjustable thumbstick tension, just wish they were hall effect sticks

DO NOT BUY. I had this controller replaced by MS two times and yet there is a problem of unresponsive buttons. I question that where TF did the engineerings who designed this got their degree from. Wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have a degree bc this is so poorly designed in terms of responsiveness.

I had tried to give this controller a honest run but unfortunately im disappointed 0 for 0 in my book , , stick drift right out of the box Microsoft should pay more attention on the analog sticks then haveing them removable causeing to much play in the analogs ,, everything eles on the controller is great but due to stick drift its a pass on my highway ,, xbox fix your elite controller!!!

After 2.5 years of use, both the LB and RB have become completely useless. The build quality on the bumpers is far worse that that of the 1st Elite controller. Catch it on sale but don’t pay full price for this. Not worth it with the faulty bumpers.
