My teenager goes through lots of controllers, we get the insurance so its not really an issue. Summer break just started, so far this controller holds up for some massive brutal game sessions as i can hear him throughout the house but haven't seen him in days!

The aesthetics of the controller drew me in along with the built in rechargeable battery. Also have the ability to remove the toggles for longer ones is great. The d-bad also can be swapped out for a traditional d pad style button. The rear paddles make it handy when playing COD so you can slide cancel, jump, and move flawlessly throughout the game.

Great purchase for open box item is basically brand new

Bought as a gift as i own one too and the customization is out of this world for this controller.

This is the core model so it does not include the paddles on the back, they will need to be bought seperately. But for what i got it for, it works great and ill pick up the paddles another day.

Love it! Zero complaints, use it everyday, I can’t wait to get a couple more.

Great controller, but very prone to stick drift as well as rb or r3 going bad in my experience. Get the warranty.

The only thing stopping me giving this a 5/5 is Microsofts poor QC on these controllers. The bumpers or buttons will end up always going out on you. Other than that they're excellent controllers

Love these controllers makes life so much better when gaming

The Elite controllers are heavier than the standard Xbox One controllers and feel much better. I originally had the 1st version, but after about 2 yrs the menu button started sticking and I did a warranty exchange. The new version has a better texture and the paddle sticks are better also. I've used it on my Xbox One X and PC, works great, but for PC need the wireless dongle to use.

I’m a dual shock remote player and surprisingly this remote is high quality and feels very good in the hands. Don’t think I will be going back to dual shock after playing with this remote. Buttons feel great and feels amazing in the hands.

I had the previous Xbox Elite controller and really liked it. It’s rubber would wear off which I’m guessing may happen to this one as well. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because you can not change out the batteries on the new model. The whole controller has to be charged. I’d prefer to have a rechargeable battery pack and still be able to use normal batteries.

Always a great deal with the open box items. Have used this same buy for my last two controllers, easily a year minimum of heavy use, sometimes 2 years

Got it as a gift for a friend of mine on christmas, and it still works perfectly to this day.

I like the texture it adds grip and I like how I can remove joy stick n place them back and I can order the red set ⭐️
