It has many functions beyond the standard controller, it's heavy duty and solid and it's working exactly as he hoped it would. We've only had the controller for about 2 weeks but we're hoping it lasts for a long time.

Do not like that you have to buy additional package for paddles and customization. Returned one because of stick drift. This one has minor stick drift already. Works well with my Xbox Series X.

The weight feels nice, the build quality feels great and I’ve had to stick drift or button issues. Love it

The paddles keep my thumbs on the sticks where they belong! The ability to adjust the trigger is amazing! Love the fact I can plug it into my PC and game with it on there too!

The buttons seem to get stick drift after a while and this is only worth it with the protection plan since it would be fully covered if anything were wrong with it.

Only real flaw is there isn't a dedicated capture button. Would recommend if you can get it $30+ off.

Great Controller

No drifting and the rubbers by the palm is still in great shape. The controller is being used a lot between to players and no button getting stuck. Also, I did but the two-year warranty with it in case it fails on us down the line.
