Just recently having minor issues with left bumper button. Doesn’t seem to react all the time when I press on it. I think it might be going bad.

If you play FPS games you have to get this. USB Type C charging and comes with awesome case and can charge while in the case. Bluetooth as well. Honestly I can not think of a con on this controller its just great all around but maybe the price but I would say its worth it.

Within 2 years the RB stopped working which is a common issue, but you need solder and replace a ten dollar part to fix it. Which I tried and failed to do. So the core comes along and I had hoped maybe they fixed but they did not. About 1 month after my extended warranty expired the RB button died again. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this control based on the failure rate. Especially on a premium product. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because when it works it’s my favorite controller. I can justify the price.

I do however, prefer the old way of swapping batteries, vs the built in battery in the long run, fearing not being able to change batteries. Other than that, it's excellent. I have so far, had none of the issues mentioned in other reviews. Excellent controller!

I have owned for different controllers and always seem to develop a problem with either LB or RB about 4-5 months in. To be totally honest, unless you have a total tech membership this product is not worth the money. If you would like to follow through with a purchase just ensure you get insurance for it because it will definitely give you problems within a short time.
