Just make sure you get warranty.

However, I bought at the excellent condition open box price and the remote has pieces rattling in the inside and it did not come with the case, charger, paddles, and other accessories that are supposed to be included with this remote. They shipped it as a Elite 2 core remote. Thumbs down

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.right out of the box, the right trigger was sticking. as much as I play shooters though, it's slowly going away. the left joystick has a different drift I've never experienced in a controller. after allowing the joystick to go neutral, it some times has a short lasting drift. mostly noticable on controlling an onscreen cursor. I bought the extended warranty just for this sort of thing but don't want to wait for the replacement. i love the controller, but it's horribly overpriced for the constant quality issues that haunt Xbox controllers. no complaints about best buy though!!

Enough said. I will add that it looks and feels great in your hands, but so does my other Xbox controller, which I can charge on a Microstand charging stand on my desk, which looks great. This controller charges with a USB-C charging cable or in the carrying case. Either option is not as elegant as the stand I place the charger on, and it looks great. Also, the batteries are built-in and, over time, will need to be replaced, unlike other options that have access to the batteries. I knew about the reported issues with this controller but hoped these might have been correct but in my case, it doesn't seem so. Disappointed and returned.
