I bought the warranted and they are out of stock so we can’t get it replaced. By time we get a new one and see if it works right I’m afraid the warranty will be over 1/2 over.

Great at first; didn't hold up well.

The drift deteriorated quickly, over the course of a couple weeks, to a point where the controller was at an unusable level. I tried several cleaning techniques, which I found online, but unfortunately none were successful. Very disappointed in the longevity of this product.

The only way I can play without disconnect is to hardwire to my PC, looked it up online and it's a common problem without purchasing an additional xbox wireless dongle. The right analog stick broke within 5 weeks of adult only casual gameplay. Now being outside of my BB warranty, trying to get a replacement from Microsoft is a nightmare. I have a $200 paperweight until I hear back from MS. Advice: Buy extended warranty for console use. Find one of the many other high end controllers for PC use available on the market.
