Very Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to bring this controller back for return. However the left thumb stick sticks...150 bucks and the controller sticks. I think i should get paid 150 for deciding to buy with this product.

Breaks easy
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this controller thinking it would last me for a long time but after 5 months of having the controller the LB button stopped working correctly. Controller has never seen a kids hand or been dropped. I would save your money and just buy a SCUFF controller. Other than the LB button messed up its a great controller and easy to use and feels great in your hands but will not last you 6 months. My original controllers have lasted me 4 years no problems. You would think a $200 controller would last way longer than a $60 one.

Quick Stick Drift
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stick drift within 6 months. Regular Xbox controllers last longer than that.

Buyer beware - broken controllers out of box
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had exchange this twice due to stick drift issues and once due to a face button issue. Currently on my 4th which is working acceptably for a $150+ controller. Ridiculous a multi billion dollar company can release such a trash product with no consequences. It honestly needs to be taken off the market and fixed.

Only worked for 3 months.
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the second controller, the first one failed after 3 months of use unfortunately I did not purchase a warranty. My right rear bumper stopped working, I used microsoft warranty and got it back working but my other bumper was not working. I had to purchase another controller after this. I love it but they are unreliable.

has potential but thumb stick issues continue
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i loved the first month of this controller. The build quality seems great, yet it continues to have the stock drift issues of the series one and the warranty is lacking for a 200 controller

Do not buy open box
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has major issues with stick drifting. Also DO NOT buy open box. If anything goes wrong with it and you need to exchange it they will make you pay the difference of the open box price and the price of a new one. Honestly they should honor the open box price if the item is defective.

Love the controller - hate their quality controls
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently had to replace my original Series 2 as the coating was dtarting to peel off and buttons were becoming less responsive. First replacement series 2 = no X-button. Second series 2 = no Y-button. Third replacement will hopefully be a charm. When it is working, I dont think it can be touched regarding fit/finish.
