Selling Used as New
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased what was supposed to be a "new" Elite Series 2 controller just before Thanksgiving. Controller showed obvious signs of wear and the 2 week GamePass trial code had already been used. Bestbuy refuses to do either a return or replacement curbside. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU GET A WARRANTY.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.100 days after purchase (10 days after the pathetic 90-day warranty expires) my RB started to act up, as in sometimes it would work normally, other times I'd have to really press it to register. $90 bucks for Microsoft to repair the bumper on a ~200.00 controller after 100 days, sheah. Sold it as is on eBay as is, and counted my losses.

Stick drift
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wouldn’t recommend this controller. It feels great to use but the build quality is extremely poor. Mine had stick drift straight out of the box and I ended up returning it.

not for me
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It should be the same as the Normal elite controller without all the Parts. However, when I put the sticks on from my original controller, the left stick does not click properly. Not sure why.

Not so "Elite"
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the 3rd "Elite" controller I bought and they are all not really worth the money. If you really want/need one and you plan on using them daily consider an extra warranty because they don't seem to last very long. I consider this controller the most disappointing Microsoft product out there.

Best controller...so far
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own prettty much every controller for PsS3, 4, & 5 and Xbox 360, one, and series X. This is the best so far. Will have to get the PS5 Dual Sense Pro when it comes out for comparison. Sony needs to correct the oversized touch pad. Maybe allow user to turn off the touch pad.

Great design, Poor quality.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First controller I owned RB button switch failed. Now this controller has the same issue, not activating at all or double clicking. A gamers dream to select the wrong weapon while playing Fortnite. Initially I tried remapping to the button to the bottom, no big deal, just new muscle memory to learn. Then the left analog stick started drifting forward. Deal breaker. Geek squad guess who going to be visiting you soon. I never had this issue with 360 controllers. MS needs to get their act together. Personally, I have had 3 Xbox 360’s, 3 Xbox one X’s and 3 elite series controllers fail. Enough said.
