I got the product open box and it works perfectly. This controller I haven't had any issues with and for the price I bought it at I would say that it was definitely worth it for me.

Perfect. Feels great and has some heft so you feel like you are holding an elite product.

Well designed fully customizable and feels great to use. There is a small adjustment period getting used to the paddles but they’re wonderful!

Works as expected. I love the color. I had my last Elite controller for 4 years no stick drift. Only replaced it because the grip started peeling off.

I wanted a more premium controller and I got it. The adjustable parts, rechargeable battery, and USB-C really make this worth the extra money.

Works very well and has very good build quality. The paddles on the back make it very easy to keep you fingers on the joystick while using abxy. VERY pricy though. This is a premium priced product that really is not needed for most people.

The overall feel of the controller already makes it worth the purchase to me - but with the addition of the customizable paddles on the back make it to where I can’t go back now.

Love this controller. I was hesitant with the pricing but over a year in it is significantly better quality and held up to the abuse. Interchangeably features, crisp selection and a healthy weight makes it’s absolutely enjoyable to use. I use it for both PC and my Xbox.

This controller is just totally awesome. Fully programmable and will take ur whole gaming experience to a new level for sure!! I must say, though the programming part of it is definitely at a higher level capable understanding. I would recommend watching the associated video of this product if it’s still offered through Best Buy website and not recommended for younger children.

Love the controller but certain aspects don’t last long. I keep mine very clean and still end up with stick drift, sticky buttons, and bumpers that don’t work within 6 months.

I cannot quite believe the cost of this controller, BUT, the ability to customize everything about it is phenomenal. My gaming has vastly improved because of it due to the back paddles allowing me to perform multiple tasks at once. Feels good and heavy in the hand plus it comes with a case that lets you charge whilst it is in there.

Hardware - 5/5 Software - 3/5 Would have been an easy 5/5 overall but the software for windows pc is so lackluster. You have extra buttons on the back of the controller but you cant map them to anything other than standard controller buttons. Even on xbox you can make them open apps or toggle mic etc. Makes no sense they wouldnt expand that functionality on the pc with hot keys or mouse clicks etc. The whole reason i bought it was to use the back buttons for discord push to talk and mute/deafen buttons so when i play games using the controller i dont have to push a button on my keyboard while holding onto the controller. I did eventually get it to work but i had to buy a 3rd party app to do it because microsoft has limited the functionality of what could be super useful macro keys or programmable buttons. Quality is solid and the adustments to thumbsticks and triggers are well designed.

Absolutely love this controller. I use it for my Xbox but I also use it for CODM on my iPhone, It's a game changer for that game. it has a good feel to it the paddles are in a good area and they are easy to use. I would tell anyone to pick this up if you can it's worth it.

Great controller, easy to use and stays charged for a long time.

The color is very vibrant, which, in my opinion, when purchasing a colored item such as a gaming controller, that is something we all fear will be an issue. My husband loves how great the quality of not only the color but the controller itself is. The joy sticks move smoothly creating for a nice time of video game playing. He loves that he can change out the sticks and other items to benefit his game play as well as to change up the colors if wanted. Not to mention that the accessories are magnetic making changing easier. This item works great for his XBOX and his PC use. We highly recommend.

It’s a good controller and nice that they offer a cheaper option and other colors but if you want or need the extra buttons/parts it is much cheaper to buy it all together as a kit.

Excellent controller that is well worth the higher price.

My grandson really likes thus controller. Easy to use. Stays charged fir a hood amount if time.
