I got the protection plan. But they have worked very well. I have 3 of these and so far so good. The gameplay experience is great as well. Customized game settings are really nice.

I like the customization of the joy sticks and the short pull triggers are a must for me. Also paddles have been a must for a long time.

The usb c charging makes it quick and the customization is incredible. From a gaming standpoint my wife still says I still suck at COD but it’s much better in my opinion.
